Job summary

Hao Wei XPS Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Executive on a 12-month contract to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations under the guidance of the Accountant.

The role covers general ledger, costing, inventory control, fixed assets, treasury, and cash flow within a manufacturing setting.

Strong Excel skills and a diploma or degree in accounting/finance are required; successful performance may lead to permanent consideration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 1-3 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Exposure to General Ledger, reconciliations and month-end closing preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; strong analytical skills.
• Fresh graduates with strong academics are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Support costing, inventory valuation and fixed assets.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register and depreciation schedules.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting.
• Assist with ERP data maintenance and process improvements.
• Liaise with external auditors as required.
• Collaborate with Kingspan finance teams to support group policies.
• Carry out ad-hoc finance projects as assigned.
