Job summary

Puncak Alam, Selangor, Malaysia-based manufacturing company seeks a Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting, payroll, budgeting, and financial forecasting. The role requires strong integrity, English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency, and familiarity with GST/SST compliance.

Salary RM12,000–RM13,000 per month. Candidates should have a degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA) with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, CMA, ACA, or related professional qualifications.
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Familiar with manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle day to day full sets accounting duties.
• Oversee the accounts department.
• Prepare financial performance analysis.
• Cash flow planning & controlling.
• Prepare financial forecast & budgetary reviews & ensure strong management control.
• Coordinate with parties regarding financial matters, statutory reporting, audits, GST & SST.
• Handle monthly payroll for staff and workers.
• Handle ad-hoc matters related to finance and HR matters.

We are representing our client,a Malaysian-based furniture manufacturer specializing in high-quality office and home furniture. They offer a wide range of products including office chairs, sofas, stools, and banquet seating, with a strong emphasis on comfort, style, and functionality.

• Working hours:Mon - Fri (8.30am 5.30pm) & Alternate Saturday (8.30am - 1pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day to day full sets accounting duties
• Oversee the accounts department

• Co-ordinate and liase with all parties with regards to financial matters, statutory reporting, audits, GST & SST
• Handling monthly payroll for staffs and workers
• Handle any ad-hoc matters related to finance and HR matters

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, C1MA, ACA, AIA or related professional qualifications.
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience,
  
• Familiar with manufacturing environment would be an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in other local language like Mandarin would be an advantage.
• A high level of integrity with strong communication skills & analytical skills.
