Job summary

Mölnlycke is seeking a Business Controller to join the team at Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah. The role focuses on providing business partnering for manufacturing, including standard costing, variance analysis, CAPEX planning, and SAP post-implementation support.

As the primary costing and finance partner, you will interact with management levels, drive forecasting, and ensure governance across financial reporting. Strong SAP manufacturing experience is essential.

Qualifications

• CIMA/CGMA/ACCA or degree with 8+ years experience.
• Experience with SAP in manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SAP project team and integrate best solutions.
• Serve as master user for costing, variances and manufacturing finance processes.
• Support product/process costing and forecasting.
• Assist in statutory, tax and compliance reporting.
• Support inventory management and CAPEX planning.
