Job summary

Mölnlycke, a global medical solutions company, seeks a Business Controller to partner with manufacturing operations in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah. The role focuses on standard costing, variances, and CAPEX planning, with critical SAP implementation and post-implementation support responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience and professional qualifications such as CIMA/CGMA/ACCA, with strong SAP and costing knowledge.

Qualifications

Minimum professional qualification CIMA/CGMA/ACCA or degree or equivalent, with minimum 8 years working experience.
Experience in SAP for manufacturing; advantage if worked during SAP implementation.
Advantage: manufacturing standard costing knowledge.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Project management experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide business partnering support to manufacturing operations, including standard costing and variances.
Lead costing and manufacturing finance processes post-SAP implementation.
Support product and process costing with other business controllers.
Interact with management and collaborate with GBS teams on SAP-related matters.
Support project management and inventory management activities.
Assist Finance Director with forecasting, monthly reporting and governance.
Handle ad-hoc statutory, tax, and compliance reporting as needed.
