Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with manufacturing software, data analysis tools, and lean methods.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide manufacturing engineering support to ensure high quality and yield.
• Diagnose failures and propose alternatives for future production runs.
• Review issues affecting products, including docs, materials, processes, and equipment.
• Apply engineering principles to evaluate and solve technical problems.
• Conduct engineering studies and stay updated on technical advancements.
• Identify and implement cost-efficient best practices to run processes.
• Provide technical support for processes and equipment to manufacturing.
• Manage process improvement and evaluate solutions for selected processes.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
