Job summary

The role requires 5–8 years in cable/wire manufacturing with a track record of leadership and process optimization, plus strong data-driven communication across all plant levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field.
• 5–8 years process engineering in cable/wire manufacturing, leadership
• Expertise in polymer extrusion, dies, testing standards IEC/BS/MS
• Strong Lean/Six Sigma and SPC background; scrap reduction
• Proven leadership and data-driven communication

Responsibilities

• Establish and standardize operational parameters across processes.
• Drive process control and yield improvements to cut scrap and costs.
• Lead root-cause analysis for process defects.
• Collaborate on trials, DOE, and qualifications for materials and tooling.
• Champion continuous improvement and lean methods to remove bottlenecks.
• Develop and audit SOPs, datasheets, and work instructions.
• Mentor and train engineers, technicians, operators.
