Job description

To analyze the current method of production by watching operations, conducting comprehensive research, interviewing suppliers and using information about the product and its parts.

To create new ways of producing products for new or current ventures by utilizing findings from research, knowledge of the product, expense information and company goals.

To improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout.

To prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.

To provide manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests.

To keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services.

To develop alternative methods of making manufacturing practices more efficient and cost effective, material requirements and current needs in order to improve.

To make recommendations to company leaders in order to have the best use of production timelines, equipment and supplies.

To maintain all company equipment in top working condition by scheduling all repairs, keeping up on recommended maintenance and diagnosing any issues that appear.

To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.

Authorities

To summarize all data, documentation and information related to the production system in a detailed report for internal use.

To generate an accurate database of all production details and data.

Education :Bachelor Degree in industrial engineering or business administration.

Skills : Able to work in fast changing and high-pressure environment. Ability to lead and work independently. Ability to provide feedback both orally and in writing.

Work Experience :Minimum 2years of experience in corporate manufacturing plant. Experience with project management and planning.
