Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Operations assistant to enter and update Device History Records (DHRs), batch travelers, and job orders in the ERP/MES as parts progress through surface treatment stages.

You will support quality and engineers with filing, archiving logs, track chemical usage, issue requisitions, and coordinate handoffs between departments, ensuring ISO/FDA readiness. Fresh graduates welcome; English and Bahasa Malaysia required; strong Excel skills; team player.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Good computer literacy with MS Office applications.
• Able to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update DHRs, batch travelers, and job orders in ERP/MES.
• Assist quality engineers with filing, archiving logs, and inspection reports.
• Track chemical usage and issue purchase requisitions to maintain stock.
• Coordinate batch handoffs between machining, surface treatment, inspection, and packaging teams.
• Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance schedules for equipment; liaise with vendors.
• Generate daily/weekly yield, throughput, and scrap reports for operations.
