Job summary

Ajinomoto Malaysia seeks an Automation & Instrument Engineer to lead automation projects from concept to handover and to maintain reliability of plant automation systems. You will support troubleshooting, drive digitalisation, and contribute to productivity, quality, safety and efficiency improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field, with fresh graduates welcome and up to 2 years’ experience advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field is required.
Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 2 years of experience is advantageous.
Exposure to Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage automation projects from concept through handover, including design, procurement, installation, testing and FAT/SAT.
Develop technical specifications, URS, project scope, budget, and schedules.
Evaluate proposals and coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety, IT, and Supply Chain.
