Jingxing Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a careful and responsible Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting operations in our Finance & Accounts Department. The role covers AR, AP, GL postings, ERP data entry, reconciliations, and month-end activities, with potential progression to Senior Accounts Assistant for qualified candidates.

The position requires a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance, with emphasis on accurate documentation and collaboration across departments to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• LCCI, partial ACCA, or another relevant qualification is an added advantage.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge or relevant hands-on accounting experience welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Post purchase invoices, journal entries, reclassifications, and expense accruals into ERP.
• Maintain general ledger, AR, AP, journal vouchers, and vendor records.
• Reconcile statements, investigate discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Process customer invoices, receipts, and reconcile payments.
• Verify vendor invoices against PO and delivery documents; handle non-PO invoices.
