Pasaraya AM Trading Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Warehouse Admin who can speak, read, write and understand Mandarin to support daily warehouse operations. Prior warehouse administration experience and proficiency in Excel/Word are required.

The role involves managing inventory records, data entry, and warehouse documentation with a focus on accuracy, organization, and independent work. Mandarin fluency is mandatory for daily tasks and communications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse administration or a related role.
• Mandarin fluency is a must: speak, write, read and understand Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Familiar with warehouse documentation, inventory records and data entry.
• Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently.
• Preferred: FEMALE candidates aged 18-29 years old.
