Job summary

JEV Management's client at R&F Mall, Johor Bahru, is seeking Waiters / Restaurant Servers to join a dynamic dining team. The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service, accurate order-taking, and delivering a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with a can-do attitude and good communication skills are encouraged to apply; Mandarin proficiency is preferred. Working hours follow mall operations, about 11–12 hours per day, six days a week with one rotating off day.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests.

• Assist the Store Manager and Supervisors during busy service periods.
• Monitor stock and assist with basic procurement tasks.
• Promote promotions on social media and help with promotions.

Our client is looking for enthusiastic Waiters / Restaurant Servers to join their restaurant team at R&F Mall, Johor Bahru. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and are passionate about providing quality customer service.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: R&F Mall, Johor Bahru
Working Hours: Mall operating hours, approximately 11–12 hours per day
Working Days: 6 days per week
Off Day: 1 rotational off day from Monday – Thursday
Salary: RM2,500 – RM2,800 per month

Requirements

• Prior restaurant or service industry experience is preferred but not required.

• Assist with daily stock monitoring and inventory checks.
• Support basic procurement tasks, including ordering supplies and communicating with suppliers.
• Report shortages, wastage, or price changes to Management.
• Help maintain proper stock organisation and cost awareness.
• Support simple promotional activities to attract customers.
• Assist with social media promotion on platforms such as Instagram and Xiaohongshu.
