Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring for a customer service role within a fast-paced F&B environment in Malaysia. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks while ensuring guest satisfaction. The role offers on-site work with opportunities to develop professional skills in a supportive team.

No prior experience? Training will be provided; 18+ applicants who are friendly, reliable, and punctual are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• F&B, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work evening/night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Well-groomed with a positive and professional attitude.
• No prior experience? Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customers' food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to requests and resolving basic enquiries or complaints promptly.
• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system and issue receipts where applicable.
• Prepare the dining area before opening and perform closing duties after service.
• Refill condiments, cutlery, napkins, and other service supplies as required.
