Job summary

Hartamas invites an energetic Estate/Property Management graduate with a focus on Valuation to join our Malaysia team. You will assist with proposals, coordinate market research, support valuation projects, and help communicate with clients to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

This full‑time role requires at least two years of related experience, a strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work both independently and in a team while

Qualifications

• Degree in Estate/Property Management with a focus on Valuation.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and marketing software.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent communication and people skills with positive attitude.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transportation will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing of new clients and maintain good relationship with clients
• Conduct cold calling and prospecting of different parties to enhance business
• Conduct relevant market research and help in coordinating all marketing communications in relation to Valuation projects
• Assist on preparation of proposals and other documentations required
• Assist on the day-to-day tasks of inspections, valuation workings and any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management
