Job summary

MTSC TECH (M) SDN. BHD. seeks an experienced Senior Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaking) to drive new business development in Johor Bahru and Singapore. You will manage key client relationships, respond to inquiries, and propose technical services to meet customer needs.

The role requires 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in professional or technical services, with strong negotiation and account management skills and the ability to travel between JB and Singapore as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in professional or technical services sectors.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into sales and meet monthly/annual targets.
• Respond to inquiries via website, email, WhatsApp, phone, and LinkedIn.
