Job summary

Qualifications

• Mandarin proficiency is a MUST for communication with China suppliers.
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Resourceful and proactive, comfortable solving problems independently and following through until matters are fully resolved.
• Strong communication and negotiation with suppliers and external parties.
• Well-organised with good time-management and attention to detail, able to juggle multiple assignments at once.
• Willing to learn beyond a fixed job scope, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Source and liaise with local and overseas suppliers.
• Compare quotations, products, samples and suitable options.
• Follow up on orders, suppliers and ongoing projects.
• Conduct research and assist in finding solutions for business needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties.
• Support management on general business and operational matters.
• Handle documentation and other ad-hoc assignments as required.
