Job summary

SOLS Energy Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to champion residential solar solutions in Kuala Lumpur.

You will engage customers, nurture leads through outbound calls, WhatsApp and email, and guide them through the sales cycle to a closing. You’ll articulate benefits, address questions, and ensure customer expectations are met. You will use a CRM to track progress, meet monthly KPIs, and may participate in outdoor engagement as needed.

Qualifications

• B2C sales and telemarketing experience required.
• Diploma or Bachelor's in related field.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to quickly understand technical solar product details.
• Solar PV knowledge is a bonus.
• Preference for indoor work.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers via outbound calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Drive sales through promotions and activities to generate leads.
• Close deals and manage payment follow-ups.
• Use CRM to track progress and documents.
• Meet monthly KPIs; outdoor sales may be required.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
