Job summary

Enterprise Powertech Sdn Bhd is seeking an assistant Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specifications, and schedules.

You will liaise with contractors and workers, help prepare site reports, and ensure safety and quality standards. Fresh graduates or those with 2–3 years in civil engineering or construction are encouraged to apply; willingness to travel or relocate may be required.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or 2-3 years of civil engineering/construction experience.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work at construction sites.
• Willing to travel or relocate depending on project requirements.
• Relevant site experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Engineer in supervising and coordinating daily site activities
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and workers
• Conduct regular site inspections and report any issues or delays
• Assist in preparing site reports, documentation, and progress updates
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with safety and quality requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Engineer or Project Manager
