Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience in a related role.
• Willingness to work in Rawang.
• Mandarin language is compulsory for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities: accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and payments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, journals and reports.
• Perform bank, supplier statement and general account reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements and statutory accounts.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and suppliers on account matters.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, customers and other third parties.
• Maintain filing and documentation of accounting records and prepare spreadsheets for management review.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring and financial analysis as required.
• Handle general administrative duties and coordinate with other departments.
• Review and improve accounting and administrative processes for efficiency and accuracy.
