Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a finance assistant to support budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, and reporting for development projects. You will prepare financial statements, handle payroll calculations, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires a diploma/bachelor's in accounting or finance, 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong teamwork, and communication skills; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Mandarin communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budget preparation and cost control for development projects.
• Assist with cash flow management and fund allocation.
• Prepare management reports and financial statements.
• Handle payroll calculations and related statutory filings.
• Maintain accurate financial records and related documents.
• Be familiar with SQL accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
