Qualifications

• Mandarin-speaking candidate to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Qualification in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in an accounting environment
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with strong numerical skills and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records, including journals, ledgers, and trial balances.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports per company policies.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including payment processing and follow-up.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for review by senior staff or clients.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing procedures.
• Liaise with clients to gather financial information and clarify matters.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax compliance documentation.
