Job summary

Nexpipo in Johor Bahru is seeking enthusiastic Waiters/Restaurant Servers to join our restaurant team at R&F Mall, Johor Bahru. You will support daily operations, deliver excellent service, and help create a welcoming dining experience for guests.

Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants with a positive attitude are welcome. Training will cover POS use, customer service, and fast-paced service, with shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant/hospitality/F&B experience is advantageous but not required.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to operate a POS system.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and adapt to operational needs.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter orders into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of the dining area.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager and supervisors in daily operations and during peak service hours.
• Assist with daily stock monitoring and inventory checks.
• Support basic procurement activities, including ordering supplies and communicating with suppliers.
• Report stock shortages, wastage, and price changes to management.
• Ensure proper stock organization and support cost-control efforts.
• Assist with promotional activities to attract customers and increase restaurant awareness.
• Support social media promotional activities on platforms such as Instagram and Xiaohongshu (RED).
• Assist in coordinating special events, VIP guests, and private dining arrangements.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and respond to their requests professionally.
