Job summary

Old Chang Kee Johor is looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage service team member at one of our outlets in Johor Bahru. You will provide friendly customer service, take orders, handle payments, and help prepare and serve food and beverages.

No experience is required as full training will be provided; you should be reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays. Join a team focused on quality, hygiene and daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all customers
• Take customer orders and handle cashier and cashless payment transactions accurately
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Ensure all food products are properly displayed, heated and maintained according to SOP
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, equipment and work area
• Assist with stock receiving, stock arrangement and daily stock checking
• Monitor product quality, freshness and wastage
• Follow all company SOP, food safety, hygiene and safety requirements
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the outlet
• Support the team in achieving daily sales and operational targets
