Job summary

YONNY BRAND MANAGEMENT (MY) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to strengthen our Malaysia stores' day-to-day operations, uphold brand standards and drive performance.

You will lead multi-store operations, develop SOPs, monitor KPIs, coach Store Managers, and collaborate with Training, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and HR to ensure compliant, efficient operations across the network.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of operations management experience.
• Multi-store management experience preferred.
• Willing to travel frequently for store visits and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of stores in Malaysia ensuring standards.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve SOPs, audits and tools.
• Monitor KPIs including sales, costs, labour productivity and food safety.
• Lead store openings with staffing readiness and post-opening follow-up.
• Coach Store Managers, Area Supervisors and operations team members.
• Support franchisees to improve performance and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Training, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, HR and Construction to resolve issues.
• Monitor local F&B trends, regulators and Halal requirements.
