Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of operations management experience in franchise beverage or F&B.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, SOPs, and food safety.
• Ability to lead teams under pressure and motivate staff.
• Experience with well-known franchise beverage brands is a plus.

Job description

Our client is a fast-growing Chinese beverage brand specializing in tea and fruit-based drinks, with a growing presence across Asia. The company operates through both directly managed and franchised stores and is rapidly expanding its footprint in Malaysia.

They are currently looking for an experienced F&B Operations Manager with strong store operations, team management, and franchise experience to support their business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of both directly operated and franchised stores, ensuring smooth execution of operational standards, SOPs, and food safety requirements.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs and operational standards to ensure consistency across all stores.
• Coordinate new store opening preparations, including staff recruitment and training, material allocation, operational setup, and marketing activity execution.
• Analyze store performance data, including daily sales, gross profit, and labor efficiency, and develop action plans to improve overall store performance.
• Build and develop a strong operations talent pipeline through regular coaching, training, and store visits to enhance QSC (Quality, Service, and Cleanliness) standards.
• Act as the key liaison with regional distributor teams, ensuring effective communication of company information, policies, updates, and documents, as well as organizing regular distributor meetings.
• Execute GTM (Go-to-Market) product launch plans and ensure all GTM strategies are effectively implemented at store level.
• Implement regional promotional campaigns and coordinate large-scale regional store activities and events.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of operations management experience within the franchise beverage or F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of store operations and standardization, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to frequent store visits, with the ability to effectively motivate and lead teams.
• Experience with leading beverage brands such as MIXUE, ZUS Coffee, Tealive, or similar franchise beverage brands will be an advantage.
