2L Fashion & Beauty, a leading Malaysia fashion boutique, seeks a Human Resources Executive with 3+ years in payroll and HR generalist roles. The position requires strong Mandarin communication, regulatory knowledge, and proficiency in Excel/Word, with exposure to EPF/SOCSO/EIS and IPO support.

Responsibilities include payroll administration, statutory compliance, compensation management, and process improvements to enhance efficiency. A dynamic team environment and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in HRM, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of Payroll and HR generalist functions working.
• Strong interpersonal and human relations skills.
• Well verse in Employment Act, Malaysia HR regulations and procedures.
• Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency; Mandarin typing.
• Must understand Mandarin (read, write and speak).

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll process and ensure timely, accurate salary payments.
• Handle basic salary, allowances, overtime, commissions, incentives and bonuses.
• Review and verify payroll data before processing.
• Manage EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and other statutory submissions.
• Administer annual leave, medical leave, attendance and benefits.
• Prepare payroll, compensation data for audits and IPO support.
• Review and improve payroll and C&B processes for efficiency.
