The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years of experience, and professional qualification is an advantage. Mandarin proficiency is essential for communications with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in finance and accounting with computerized environments.
• Experience in managing month-end close and financial reporting.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, reading and writing) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Finance Manager in managing Finance & Accounts functions.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking facilities.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting.
• Review journals, payment vouchers, invoices, and tax filings.
• Coordinate annual external audits and liaise with auditors and tax agents.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS and internal accounting controls.
