Job summary

NCT PMC SDN BHD is seeking a capable accounting professional to manage full accounting duties, ensuring timely and accurate financial reports and schedules in line with regulatory standards. You will liaise with auditors and tax agents, support month-end and year-end closes, handle day-to-day transactions, and contribute to budgets while working at Bukit Puchong.

Candidates with a professional Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking and Mandarin fluency are preferred, with 2–3 years of

Qualifications

• Possess a professional Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a related field (Property Developer/Construction company will be an added advantage).
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Meticulous attention to details with good organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attitude and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work at Bukit Puchong.

Responsibilities

• To handle full accounting and ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and other related schedules.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents regarding inquiries, supporting schedules, documentation, and statutory financial statements.
• To support month-end, quarterly, and year-end financial closing, and reporting following professional and regulatory standards.
• Assist in managing day-to-day account operations such as processing transactions, issuing cheques, updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
• Any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
