Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII), part of Dover Corporation, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform on-site installation, maintenance and service for Markem-Imaje products in Shah Alam, Malaysia.

You will train customers, troubleshoot issues, and support the Sales team with new applications and demonstrations. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred; a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 2–5 years of field service experience in medium industrial equipment.
• Must possess a driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, maintenance, service, and support for Markem-Imaje products and systems.
• Perform on-site product installation at customer premises and provide training and technical advice.
• Investigate problems, provide solutions, and arrange for repairs.
• Schedule and carry out planned maintenance and customer visits.
• Provide sales support for new applications, software and demonstrations.
