Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform on-site installation, maintenance, service, repair and support for Markem-Imaje products in Shah Alam, Malaysia. You will train customers, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely service visits.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, 2–5 years of field service experience, driving license and Mandarin language exposure.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering required.
• 2–5 years of field service experience with medium industrial or commercial equipment.
• Must possess a driving license and be comfortable serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair and service Markem-Imaje products on customer sites.
• Provide on-site training and technical advice in person and via phone.
• Investigate issues, arrange repairs and monitor service/warranty coverage.
• Schedule planned maintenance and regular customer visits and support Sales with new applications.
