Job summary

Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join our client’s Kuala Lumpur team. You will handle inquiries about orders, deliveries, payments, and product information, primarily in Mandarin with English support in a professional environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome; call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory. On-site work in Kuala Lumpur, with coaching and opportunities to learn in a fast-paced international setting.

Qualifications

• Mandarin at C1 level is required.
• English at B2 level for reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant degree/diploma are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support for inquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, product information and pre-orders.
• Assist customers with order status changes and delivery timeframes.
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer interactions in line with service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of client-supported products and update internal systems with accurate data.
