Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and system-related issues via phone, WhatsApp, and online support.
• Guide customers on how to use the software and its functions.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Conduct software training and system demonstrations when required.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
