Job summary

FOZL Corporate Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd seeks a Client Services Executive to be the main contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.

You will support the execution of sales and operations plans, prepare proposals and service agreements for onboarding, follow up on progress and payments, and coordinate service delivery with internal teams. Mandarin proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant client support or sales coordination experience.
• Strong interpersonal and client-first communication.
• Mandarin language proficiency is essential.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for a portfolio of clients and handle inquiries.
• Support execution of sales and operations plans including follow-ups.
• Prepare proposals, service agreements, and onboarding documents.
• Follow up on service progress and payments to ensure timely delivery.
• Issue tax invoices and maintain client records in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
