Nexpipo is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Business Development Executive in Kuala Lumpur to drive influencer and KOL marketing campaigns for brands and clients. You will engage brands and agencies, craft campaign concepts, and close deals, leveraging a strong network and fluent Mandarin/English communication.

The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, presenting strategies, and staying ahead of trends in social media and influencer marketing.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or selling influencer/KOL campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for KOL/influencer marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, marketing teams, and advertising agencies.
• Pitch and present KOL marketing strategies and campaign concepts to prospective clients.
• Understand clients’ marketing objectives and recommend suitable KOL strategies.
• Collaborate with the influencer management team to recommend suitable KOLs for client campaigns.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and campaign strategies based on client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, and KOL industry developments.
