Job summary

Nexpipo is seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Procurement Manager for our Kuala Lumpur operations. You will oversee procurement, inventory, logistics and supplier management across multiple outlets, ensuring cost efficiency and quality while coordinating with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.

The role requires strong experience in procurement, inventory control, and team leadership within F&B or related industries.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business admin, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, or logistics.
Experience in F&B, hospitality, FMCG, retail, or food-related industries preferred.
Proven experience managing suppliers and vendor negotiations.
Experience working with Mandarin-speaking or China-based suppliers preferred.
Strong understanding of inventory management, purchasing processes, logistics, and warehouse operations.
Experience using ERP / Inventory Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Team leadership or people management experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier management for multi-outlet operations.
Develop sourcing strategies for food ingredients, beverages, packaging and supplies.
Negotiate pricing, terms with Mandarin-speaking/China suppliers.
Manage inventory planning, stock levels, reorder points and safety stock.
Coordinate deliveries, logistics partners, and cold-chain requirements.
Ensure quality, food safety and halal/HACCP compliance.
Lead procurement and warehouse teams; set objectives and monitor KPIs.
Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and cost control.
Prepare regular procurement cost and supplier performance reports.
