Job summary

REFORM is a KOL and creative agency with offices in Malaysia, Singapore and the region. We seek a proactive seller who has already closed KOL/influencer deals and wants to push them further with a stronger product behind them.

You will own your pipeline from first contact to signed contract, with support around you but no warm leads handed to you.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years selling KOL, influencer or creator marketing to brands.
• 3–5 years in agency or adjacent sales (creative, media, events, production or martech).
• A track record of closing five- and six-figure deals with walk-throughs.
• Comfortable collaborating with brand managers and procurement.
• Strong written English; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus for this market.

Responsibilities

• Build and own your pipeline using outbound, referrals, inbound and partner sources.
• Run discovery calls to uncover the real business problem behind briefs.
• Create pitches and proposals with the creative and strategy team and present them.
• Lead commercial negotiations including KOL rate cards, scope, usage rights and terms.
• Maintain client relationships post-close to drive renewals.
• Keep pipeline and forecast accurate using data-driven processes.

were named KOL Agency of the Year (Gold) at the MARKies, and we work off a 5,000+

creator database with our own selection and social listening process behind it.

About role

We are looking for someone who has already sold KOL or influencer marketing and wants

to do it with a stronger product behind them. You own your pipeline from first contact to

signed contract, and you stay close to the account after it signs. There is support around

you, but nobody hands you warm leads.

What you will actually do

• Build and work your own pipeline. Outbound, referrals, inbound and partner-sourced.
• Run discovery calls that get to the real business problem, not just the brief.
• Build pitches and proposals with our creative and strategy team, and present them yourself.
• Lead commercial negotiation, including KOL rate cards, scope, usage rights and contract terms.
• Hold the client relationship after the deal closes so it renews.
• Keep your pipeline and forecast accurate. We run on numbers, not optimism.

Who we are looking for

• At least 2 years selling KOL, influencer or creator marketing to brands. This is a must.
• 3 to 5 years in agency or adjacent sales overall. Creative, media, events, production or martech all count.
• A track record of closing five and six figure deals you can walk us through.
• Comfortable in a room with a brand manager on one side and procurement on the other.
• Strong written English. Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus for this market.
