Job summary

Talentify Media Sdn Bhd is seeking an E-Commerce Customer Service Executive to manage customer inquiries, order-related matters and after-sales follow-up across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. You will support daily e-commerce operations and liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and China-based suppliers in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1 year+ experience in Customer Service or E-Commerce, familiarity with online platforms, and strong Excel/Google Sheets

Qualifications

1 year+ experience in Customer Service or E-Commerce.
Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or similar platforms.
Experience handling customer inquiries, order issues and after-sales matters.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Handle daily customer enquiries across e-commerce platforms and other channels.
Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, delivery issues, refunds, returns and after-sales matters.
Follow up on customer issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Monitor and respond to customer messages promptly.
Perform backend operations on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other platforms.
Assist with updates such as product information, stock availability, pricing, vouchers and simple platform settings.
Maintain records of orders, customer information, stock and follow-up cases using Excel/Google Sheets.
Monitor order-related issues and ensure necessary follow-ups are completed.
Support daily e-commerce operations and ad-hoc tasks as required.
