Teleperformance Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Data Entry (Excel Expert) - Mandarin Speaking to join our Administration & Office Support team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role focuses on inputting, managing, and organizing large volumes of data with high accuracy and efficiency using advanced Excel.

You will verify data, create pivot tables and reports, and communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables and data validation.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and written.
• High typing speed with accuracy for large data volumes.
• Experience with database management systems and data entry software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate data into company systems and databases.
• Utilise advanced Excel functions to create spreadsheets, reports, and analysis tools.
• Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing source documents.
• Organise and categorise data per established protocols and standards.
• Perform data cleaning and validation for quality and consistency.
• Create pivot tables, charts, and visualisations for reporting.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders to clarify data requirements.
• Generate regular reports and track data entry metrics.
• Support ad-hoc data projects as assigned by management.
