Job summary

Teleperformance Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Data Entry (Excel Expert) - Mandarin Speaking professional to join our Administration & Office Support team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role focuses on inputting and organising large data volumes with advanced Excel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in client interactions.

You will work with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, applying precision and data integrity across databases while utilising Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and data

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy for large data volumes.
• Experience with database management systems and data entry software.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and commitment to data quality.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate data into company systems and databases, ensuring all information is recorded correctly and in a timely manner.
• Utilise advanced Excel functions and formulas to create spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis tools.
• Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing source documents and identifying discrepancies.
• Organise and categorise data according to established protocols and company standards.
• Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure quality and consistency across all databases.
• Create pivot tables, charts, and visualisations to present data in a clear and meaningful format.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to clarify data requirements and resolve queries.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.
• Generate regular reports and track data entry metrics to monitor performance and productivity.
• Support ad-hoc data projects and special initiatives as assigned by management.
