Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via live chat and email in Mandarin and English.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining service quality.
• Investigate and troubleshoot using internal systems and knowledge bases.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Meet productivity, quality and CSAT targets.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and policies.
