Hunters International Sdn Bhd, based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking an ambitious Managing Director to drive growth, strategy and day-to-day operations. You will own full P&L, work closely with cross-functional teams on the ground, and provide practical leadership for a leading food distribution business.

• Degree in Business,Finance,Accounting,Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven track record in operational management and team leadership, preferably with P&L ownership.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experienced in food distribution, food service, food trading, or FMCG.
• Strong financial acumen, commercial judgment, and ground-level problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute business plans to hit sales and profit targets. Translate goals into team KPIs and expand market reach and product lines.
• Lead sales across foodservice accounts, join client visits, support key negotiations, and track sales margins.
• Manage principal relationships, evaluate product margins and shelf life, negotiate supply terms, and address slow-moving inventory.
• Direct purchasing, import coordination, warehousing, and delivery performance. Resolve ground-level operational bottlenecks.
• Control working capital and cold-chain storage. Minimize stock losses while ensuring halal and food safety compliance.
• Manage the company P&L, operational budgets, cash flow, customer credit terms, and overdue collections.
• Set performance standards, coach department heads, and build a high-accountability workforce.
• Report financial results, risks, and expansion plans to shareholders and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
