Overview

The Manager, Digital Commercial is to drive our overarching corporate digital banking performance, including overseeing a comprehensive migration strategy and ensure our corporate clients successfully transition to, and actively utilize, our flagship corporate internet banking platform, HLB ConnectPro. You will direct the end-to-end onboarding and activation lifecycle, ensuring a secure, efficient, and seamless digital adoption process while driving the strategic digitalization targets of the bank.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio & Activation Co-ordination: Lead the co-ordination of a diverse portfolio of activities to drive client activation and ensure seamless platform adoption across the corporate banking portfolio.
• Team Leadership & Output Quality: Oversee the performance management, daily direction, and output quality of our dedicated client activation team, maintaining a high standard of service excellence.
• Data Integrity & Onboarding: Direct rigorous data preparation and cleansing exercises prior to migration to ensure the accurate, secure, and compliant onboarding of complex corporate client profiles onto the ConnectPro platform.
• Performance Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyze, and generate detailed performance reporting on activation metrics, migration milestones, and team productivity, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Stakeholder Orchestration: Drive the co-ordination of a wide number of cross-functional stakeholders—including product development teams, relationship managers, IT infrastructure, and external clients to proactively resolve operational bottlenecks and maximize overall activation performance.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in any equivalent.
• A minimum 1-2 years of commercial management experience or client migration experience.
• Functional knowledge of banking. Cash management solutions, and digital client onboarding processes are preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in data management, data cleansing principles, and performance analytics, capable of translating complex metrics into strategic management reports.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage senior corporate clients through complex digital transitions.
