Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an experienced logistics leader to direct freight, customer service, and customs operations, ensuring governance and operational excellence.

The role drives business unit strategy, oversees P&L, budgeting and cost control, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards and HS code requirements.

You will build high‑performing teams, manage key customer relationships, optimize service delivery, and lead continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, Malaysian import/export procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in P&L management and business strategy execution.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Requirements:
