Qualifications

• Min 5 year(s) of working experience in retail / CVS / FMCG / food service industry.
• Data Analyst / Demand Planning / Sales & Planning or other F&B Operations background considered.
• Think creatively to automate processes and minimise manual work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the sales planning process for the Fresh Food department for myCU, aligning demand, supply, revenue and financial plans.
• Monitor and analyse market trends to provide insights to the Fresh Food R&D team for product and menu development.
• Conduct range reviews and drive continuous improvement of the product offering through range and sales performance analysis.
• Prepare sales data reports and business insights for management and JV companies.
• Develop and plan promotions across nationwide stores and apps (GrabMart, FoodPanda, TNG); collaborate with Marketing and Operations.
• Track promotion effectiveness and optimize promotional mechanics, product mix and sales performance.
• Conduct regular store visits and market research to monitor consumer trends and competitor activity.
• Identify and develop strategic collaborations with external partners to support sales growth and business expansion.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the sales planning process for the Fresh Food department for myCU, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, revenue and financial plans.
• Monitor and analyse historical and current market trends to provide insights and recommendations to the Fresh Food R&D team for product and menu development.
• Conduct range reviews and drive continuous improvement of the product offering through effective range and sales performance analysis.
• Prepare sales data reports and business insights for management and JV companies, providing a holistic view of sales performance and business opportunities.
• Develop and plan promotions across nationwide stores, new opening stores, apps, online (GrabMart, FoodPanda, TNG) for myCU. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure promotions are executed on time and effectively.
• Track and evaluate promotion effectiveness and identifying opportunities to optimize promotional mechanics, product mix and sales performance.
• Conduct regular store visits and market research to monitor consumer trends, competitor activities and Fresh Food market developments.
• Manage TTA and identify, evaluate, and develop strategic collaboration opportunities with external partners to support sales growth, category development, and business expansion.

Job Requirements

• Min 5 year(s) of working experience in retail / CVS / FMCG / food service industry.
• Data Analyst / Demand Planning / Sales & Planning or other relevant F&B Operations background can be considered.
• Think out of the box; make use of the tools / IT expertise to minimise manual work and aim for automation.
• Highly analytical mind and skills, communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills to support business-decision making and help drive business efficiency.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience of negotiating promotional support from suppliers.
• Result oriented, able to work at a fast pace, multi-task and tight deadlines environment.
