Job summary

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking a seasoned HSE professional to lead safety programs across active sites in Selangor. You will develop policies, conduct audits, and drive incident investigations while ensuring adherence to OSHA and ISO 45001 standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• Certified Safety & Health Officer (SHO) /DOSH Green Book holder
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HSE, preferably in construction
• Data centre experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and ISO 45001 requirements
• Experience in incident investigation, risk assessment, and safety auditing
• Strong leadership and ability to manage safety teams and contractors
• Good communication, reporting, and training skills
• Based in Elmina, Selangor.
