Job summary

RBC Shared Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. invites a capable regulatory reporting leader to oversee regulatory reports, management analytical packages, and ad-hoc inquiries in Putrajaya.

You will supervise daily monitoring of capital, leverage, and concentration risk, develop and maintain controls to ensure compliance, and coach a team to meet reporting deadlines. Responsibilities include reviewing outputs for accuracy, escalating risks, and strengthening internal controls within financial reporting

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee regulatory reports, management analytical packages, and ad-hoc analyses for regulatory, audit, and management inquiries.
• Supervise daily monitoring of capital, leverage, and concentration risk with accountability for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop, implement, and maintain controls and procedures to ensure regulatory reporting compliance and quality standards.
• Assign work tasks, monitor team completion, and manage workload allocation to meet reporting deadlines.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and identify professional development opportunities for team members.
• Review and validate all regulatory reports and analytical work prepared by team members to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Escalate compliance concerns, risks, and deviations to management while maintaining audit documentation.
