Job summary

RBC in Putrajaya, Malaysia, seeks a regulatory reporting and risk management professional to lead a compliance-focused team. You will oversee analytical work, ensure accuracy, and drive improvements in controls and procedures.

The role includes supervising daily monitoring of capital, leverage and concentration risk, mentoring staff, and ensuring outputs meet regulatory standards with proper audit documentation. 40-hour work week, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Prepare and oversee regulatory reports, management analytical packages, and ad-hoc analyses for regulatory, audit, and management inquiries
• Supervise daily monitoring of capital, leverage, and concentration risk with accountability for accuracy and completeness
• Develop, implement, and maintain controls and procedures to ensure regulatory reporting compliance and quality standards
• Assign work tasks, monitor team completion, and manage workload allocation to meet reporting deadlines
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and identify professional development opportunities for team members
• Review and validate all regulatory reports and analytical work prepared by team members to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Escalate compliance concerns, risks, and deviations to management while maintaining audit documentation
