About the job Group Regulatory Reporting Team Lead (Cyberjaya)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in reviewing and consolidating required financial reports and ensure all reports are completed timely and accurately.
• Responsible in supporting the organization in any financial reporting related tasks.
• Advise accounting operations team in their daily accounting activities and financial statements preparation to ensure compliance with both internal and external standards.
• Review any analytical data or reports prepared by team members on financial reporting deliverables.
• Develop and recommend areas for enhancements and improvements for the existing systems and processes.
• Involve in projects for any development, design, and implementation of new processes, controls and functionally changes to existing systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or related fields.
• Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Prior audit experience under a Big 4/Top 10 audit firm will be an added advantage.
• Solid understanding and knowledge in IFRS.
• Hands-on leadership experience in leading a small to mid sized team.
• An independent problem solver with excellent communication skills.
