B. Braun Medical Industries in Penang serves as the APAC regional HQ and drives Hospital Care growth across Asia Pacific. This Manager role partners with local and global teams to shape strategy, optimize the portfolio, and support product launches in diverse markets.

You will lead initiatives with KOLs, healthcare stakeholders, and sales teams, ensuring strong commercial performance and organizational development across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field.
• Experience in regional marketing, product management, business development, or commercial leadership within medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Proven experience managing businesses and stakeholders across multiple APAC markets.
• Strong capabilities in strategic planning, portfolio management, product launches, and commercial performance management.
• Experience engaging healthcare professionals, clinical stakeholders, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with willingness to travel across the region.

As an Assistant Manager/ Manager – Business Development & Marketing, Hospital Care APAC, you will work closely with local Marketing & Sales teams, regional leadership, and global stakeholders to develop and execute growth strategies, optimize portfolio performance, support product launches, build key clinical partnerships, and strengthen organizational capabilities across the region.
