Job summary

Intellipro Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Halal Management professional to expand Halal-certified businesses and strengthen internal Halal competency through advisory services and capacity-building programmes.

The role involves engaging with local and international partners, improving facilitation processes, and leading Halal certification initiatives across markets. Travel to sites may be required to support customers and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Halal Management or related field.
• Certified Halal Executive Programme or Marketing qualification preferred.
• Experience in Halal Consultation and Halal Certification processes.
• Experience in sales, preferably in banking/financial products.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and MS Office.

• Drive process improvement, digitalisation, and innovation by enhancing Halal facilitation and implementing efficient solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Act as the primary liaison with Halal authorities, government agencies, and industry associations.
• Drive business development and cross-selling by engaging customers at Halal events and gathering market insights.
• Manage performance tracking and reporting for Halal facilitation and customer engagement, ensuring accurate records and insights.

Key responsibilities

Promote wider Halal certification uptake through strategic local and international engagement, while improving facilitation processes by identifying gaps, enhancing efficiency, and supporting digitalisation and innovation to elevate customer experience.

Lead Halal certification and advisory by guiding businesses, providing training, and conducting market research to grow Halal-certified enterprises locally and regionally.

Drive process improvement, digitalisation, and innovation by enhancing Halal facilitation, supporting digital initiatives, and implementing efficient solutions through cross-functional collaboration.

Act as the primary liaison with Halal authorities, government agencies, and industry associations.

Drive business development and cross-selling by engaging customers at Halal events, generating leads, aligning financial products with needs, gathering market insights, and collaborating with internal teams.

Manage performance tracking and reporting for Halal facilitation, customer engagement, and cross-selling, ensuring accurate records, generating insights, and recommending improvements.

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Halal Management, Certified Halal Executive Programme and/or Marketing in related fields such as Halal Consultation, Business Development & Sales and Marketing.

Experience in Halal Consultation and Halal Certification process or related field.

Experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial products, with a moderate/strong understanding of banking solutions.

Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Qualified in HALAL Management, HACCP, GMP.

Willing to travel to conduct site-visits nationwide and participate in Halal events.
